Ingredients

  • 12 oz semisweet or milk choc chips (2 c)
  • 8 oz bittersweet chocolate chopped (about 1 1/2 c)
  • 14 oz sweetened cond milk
  • 7 oz chopped jalapenos well drained and patted dry with paper towel
  • 1/4 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 c powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Put semisweet or mlk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate and cond. milk in med. microwave safe bowl. Nuke 30 second to 1 min, just until can be stirred smooth, stir every 30 sec. Stir in jalapenos and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate couple of hour sor until firm. Put powdered sugar in shallow bowl. Use a spoon to scoop our small huncks of chocolate and shape into 1" bllas, rolling beween your palms. Drop balls in sugar and roll around until covered. Stor in airtight container at room temp for 1 week or fridge for 2 weeks.
