Chicken with BBQ Bourbon Sauce

I like to use more bbq than the recipe calls for. And I season the chicken.

Ingredients

1 tb Butter
1 tb Oil
1/3 c Shallots chopped
1/4 c Bourbon
3/4 c Chix broth
2 tsp BBQ Sauce

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Chix 6 min. each side (until done).
Set aside
Saute Shallots -1 min. m-h
Add Bourbon -scrape pan Cook 5 min.
Add broth & bbq sauce -cook 3 min.
Serve over chix.
