Stir-Fried Pork and noodles

Ingredients
- 3.75 oz. package of cellophane noodles
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips
- 2 stalks clery, sliced crosswise
- 15 -oz can baby corn, drained
- 4 oz snow peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup bottled stir fry sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain. Carefully cut noodle skeins crosswise into smaller pieces.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook pork strips for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add celery and saute for another 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium. Add corn, snow peas, and sauce to the skillet; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the noodles and toss to combine.
