  • 1 peeled & sectioned orange, chopped
  • 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 small finely chopped peeled & cored apple
  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
