- 3 cups shredded or finely chopped cabbage
- 1 peeled & sectioned orange, chopped
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 small finely chopped peeled & cored apple
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
