Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped kiwi
- 1/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely shredded cilantro
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Step 1
1. Mix strawberries, kiwi, cucumber, cilantro and green onion in a medium size bowl. To make things extra easy, use the same bowl that you plan on serving the dip in.
2. Whisk red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and lime juice in a second, smaller bowl and set aside.
3.Pour the vinegar mixture over the strawberries and toss lightly. Be careful not to bruise or mash the strawberries while mixing.
4. Serve salsa immediately or allow it to marinade in the refrigerator for two hours to allow flavors to set. This dish pairs well with salty pretzel chips, tortilla chips or a crusty artisan bread.
