Ingredients
- 1 pkg super size tortillas
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c mayo
- 2 T chopped green onion
- 1/4 c chopped black olives
- 5 oz sliced, pressed cooked ham

Step 1
Let tortillas stand at room temp while make filling.
Combine cream cheese, mayo, onion & olives. Spread thin layer of cheese mix over tortilla. Arrange four ham slices over cheese.
Tightly roll up each tortilla; wrap individual rolls in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. To serve, cut into 3/4" diagonal slices.
Variations
Ole Appetillas - Omit may and ham. Add 1/2 c salsa to cream cheese mix and proceed.
