Jane's Easy Peasy Lasagne

Ingredients
- 1 Large Ragu Traditional Sauce (2)
- 1 onion
- 1 fresh garlic/ or minced/ or garlic powder
- 1 pkg. of no bake lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. of ground turkey/beef
- 1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small ricotta cheese tub
- 1-2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the meat and then add spaghetti sauce and cook as though you are going to make spaghetti. I add fresh garlic and pepper, and just taste as I go. I usually use 2-3 cloves with a garlic press, or you can use garlic powder. Next, mix a cup of ricotta cheese with an egg until it is smooth and easy to spread. Now all you have to do is layer!
1.) meat sauce
2.) no bake lasagna noodles (they expand, so don't let them touch)
3.) ricotta cheese/egg on top of noodles (don't over do it)
4.) shredded mozzarella cheese
5.) repeat (meat sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, meat sauce and then mozzerella cheese on top).
“No Bake Noodles” vary as far as cooking time, so just read the back and go by the package for the temp. and cooking time.
If you have lost your lasagna noodle box, the Great Value brand says to cover with double thickness foil and bake for 60 minutes in a pre-heated 425 oven.
