Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine, softened
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine margarine, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg. Mix together by hand until creamy. Add flour, baking soda and salt; stir until blended. Add chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes
