Banana Ice Cream

Makes 1/2 gallon

Ingredients

• 1 pint whipping cream
• 1 T vanilla
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 quart half & half
• 1 cup pureed bananas
• Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients except for bananas and milk and mix well on low speed for 1 minute then switch to medium until smooth. Add 1 cup pureed bananas and enough milk to make 1/2 gallon. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
