Ingredients
- The Lady's Cheesy Mac
- 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni, drained
- (approx. 2 cups uncooked)
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 T. (1/2 stick) butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 t.salt
- 1 c. milk or equivalent in evaporated milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. After macaroni has been boiled and drained, add
Cheddar cheese while macaroni is still hot. Combine remaining ingredients and
add to macaroni mixture. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45
minutes. Top with additional cheese, if desired. Serves 6-8.
NOTE: I usually use more than the 2 cups of cheese in the casserole and put a
lot on the top. Probably end up using closer to 3-3 1/2 cups total.
