Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- egg, beaten
- can of fruit cocktail
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt. Beat egg. Add the juice from the fruit cocktail. Add liquid to flour mixture and beat. Fold in fruit cocktail and pour into 8x12 pan. Cover with a sprinkle of brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
