Ingredients
- 1 egg
- milk
- cracker crumbs
- salt & pepper
- onion (or onion powder)
- 1 can salmon, drained
- oil for cooking
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat egg.
2. Flake salmon into egg.
3. Add salt, pepper and small amount of onion/onion powder.
4. Add cracker crumbs until consistency that will form into patties.
5. Brown in oil.
