Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup Mr. Yoshidas Teriyaki marinade/cooking sauce, or other Teriyaki sauce
- 2 slices bread, ground in food processor
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp of both salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in bowl. Pack burgers loosely. Cook 6-8 minutes per side.
Note: because of marinade, burgers may carmelize/burn quickly depending on the heat of your grill. May need to move to cooler section at some pt.
