Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- cracked pepper to taste
- optional but recommended: 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, 1 clove garlic, smashed.

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Serve over mixed green salad or as a dip for salmon, or veggies.
