  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • cracked pepper to taste
  • optional but recommended: 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, 1 clove garlic, smashed.
