Ingredients

  • Before cooking, allow cold eggs to reach room temperature.
  • Boil water and put eggs carefully in with a spoon.
  • Boil for 15 minutes.
  • Drain the water then with the lid on.
  • Shake the pan up and down to break the shells.
  • Cover eggs with cold water immediately afterwards; the peels will fall off the eggs.
