Ingredients
- Before cooking, allow cold eggs to reach room temperature.
- Boil water and put eggs carefully in with a spoon.
- Boil for 15 minutes.
- Drain the water then with the lid on.
- Shake the pan up and down to break the shells.
- Cover eggs with cold water immediately afterwards; the peels will fall off the eggs.
