Favorite Chocolate Chippers

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3.4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 12 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add dry pudding mix, flour, baking soda and salt; mis just until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
