Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, cooked and mashed
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cracker meal
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tablespoon onion, minced
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Step 1
Mix all ingredients, and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
