- 1 CUP FROZEN PEAS
- 1 CUP FROZEN CORN
- 1 12 OZ CAN RED BEANS, DRAINED
- DASH OF EACH:WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE, SOY SAUCE,GARLIC POWDER,PAPRIKA, TABASCO
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1 CUP WATER
