Ingredients
- 1/2 cup half-n-half
- 1/2 cup milk (I used 2% but whole will do I'm sure)
- 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix first three ingredients with a whisk until sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Add cream and vanilla, stirring well. Add strawberries and put mixture into ice cream maker, following the manufacturer's instructions. My ice cream churned for about 25 minutes. Transfer ice cream to airtight container and store in the freezer until firm.
