Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds flounder
  • 4-5 large potatoes, diced
  • 2 onions, cut-up
  • Lowry's seasoned salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 13 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the onion in butter; add potatoes and seasonings, and water to barely cover. Cook til partially cooked. Slip chunks of fish under the potatoes, and cook 5 minutes. Add 13 oz. evaporated milk and 1/2 pint heavy cream. Season to taste.

Good with English muffins and waldorf salad!
