Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. calumet baking powder
  • 1 pkg. (6 squares) Baker’s premium white baking chocolate, divided
  • 1 c. Planters salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 square Baker’s semi-sweet baking chocolate

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper, with ends extending over sides of pan. Spray with cooking spray; set aside. Beat butter and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, flour and baking powder. Chop 5 squares of the white chocolate; stir into batter with peanuts. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan. Microwave remaining square of white chocolate in microwaveable bowl on high 1 minutes stirring after 30 second. Drizzle over baked rectangle. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl on high 1 minute stirring after 30 second. Drizzle over baked rectangle. Lift from pan, using foil handles. Cut into triangles.
