Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 T reduced fat peanut butter
- 1 egg white
- 1 T fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the 1st 7 ingredients. Combine next 4 and add to sugar mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Press into a greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
