Ingredients
- 9 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
- a squeeze of lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1) Boil the sugar and water together into a clear simple syrup.
2) Peel and chop the kiwi's. Blend them until well liquefied.
3) Mix the kiwi puree, lemon juice, and the simple syrup together. Chill.
4)Remove form freezer and blend again.
5)Remove from freezer 15 minutes before eating.
