Ham & Scalloped Potato (Easy)

Serve with baked butternut or acorn squash (seasoned with brown sugar, butter & pepper and a side dish of pineapple salad (lettuce, tomato, red onion, canned pineapple chunks Recipe for salad dressing: pineapple juice, mayo and pepper) Maraschino cherry on top ( In know I'm a die hard 1950's cook )

Ingredients
- Oven: 350
- cube 1-2 ham steaks and brown slightly in fry pan in 1-2 tbsp. of butter
- In a bowl: combine
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Dash pepper
- Dash paprika
- 4 cups thinly sliced peeled russet potatoes
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine soup, milk, parsley and pepper.
In 1 ½ quart casserole arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce.
Dot top of casserole with butter and sprinkle with paprika
Cover casserole and bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Uncover and then bake for 15 minutes or until potatoes are done and top is crispy
