Ethan's Ugly Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1 1/2 tsp corn syrup
• 1 Tb vanilla
• 4 1/2 cups long cooking oats, uncooked
• 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup mini candy coated chocolates

Preparation

Step 1

In a very large bowl, stir together sugars and baking soda. Add butter and peanut butter; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs, corn syrup and vanilla; beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto baking sheets sprayed with non stick vegetable spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes; do not overbake. Cool; store with wax paper placed between layers of cookies to prevent sticking
