Baked Parmesan Flounder Fillets

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound fish fillets
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt and a dash of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Step 1
Mix olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together bread crumbs, grated cheese, parsley, seasoned salt, pepper and rosemary.
Dip the fish into the oil and lemon juice; coat with bread mixture.
Place fish in a greased baking pan, single layer. Bake, uncovered, in 450 degree over for approximately 15 minutes, or till fish flakes easily. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
