Ingredients
- 3/4 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 C milk
- 1/2 C pan drippings from roast prime rib of beef

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Sift flour and salt. In another bowl beat eggs and milk until light and foamy. Stir in dry ingredients just until incorporated. Pour drippings into muffin tin or popover tin. Put pan in oven until the drippings get smoking hot. Carefully remove pan from oven and pour in batter. Put back in the oven and cook until puffed and dry (15 to 20 minutes.) Do not open the oven door during baking, or the pudding will fall.
