Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 can (10 1/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 pkg cooked wild rice
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey breast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and celery; cook 5 minutes or until onion is translucent. Stir in soup, rice, turkey, milk, chives and pepper; mix well.

Spoon mixture into 2-quart glass baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
