Ingredients
- Asian slaw:
- 1 lb. ground pork
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- Asian slaw
- Garnishes: fresh cilantro sprigs, cucumber curls, chopped jicama
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 tsp. light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. broccoli slaw mix

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté pork in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain and cool. Stir together pork, chopped cilantro, and next 8 ingredients. Serve with Asian slaw. Garnish, if desired. Asian slaw: Stir together first 4 ingredients. Drizzle over slaw mix, tossing to coat.
