  • 2 2/3 c. sweetened flaked coconut
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour or matzo meal
  • 1/2 tsp. clear vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Step 1

Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl, blending well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
