  • 6 c. uncooked regular oats
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped mixed dried fruit
  • yogurt (optional)

Step 1

Combine first 9 ingredients; spread evenly on 2 lightly greased jelly-roll pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes. Cool stir in dried fruit. Serve with yogurt, if desired.
