Ingredients
- 8-10 oz. fresh spinach (one or two)
- 4 hard cooked eggs
- 1-6 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained, crumbled
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. catsup

Step 1
First five ingredients toss together in a large bowl. Just before serving add the dressing and mix remaining ingredients.
