Ingredients
- Chocolate glaze:
- 3 cups flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sifted XXX sugar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time; beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla and almond extracts. Gradually add in flour mixture alternately with milk. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 70-75 minutes. Remove from oven; cool in pan for 10-15 minutes. turn onto wire rack or serving plate to cool completely. Top with chocolate glaze.
To make glaze: In blender, combine chocolate chips and boiling water; blend until smooth. Add cinnamon; mix well. Add confectioners sugar a heaping Tablespoon at a time. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate 20 minutes, or until desired consistency.
