Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 slices white bread (cut in very small cubes)
  • 1 can chicken mushroom soup,
  • 1/2 pkg dry beefy mushroom soup mix
  • 1 can of water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the ground beef and bread cubes and press in 9x9 casserole. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut in squares and brown in a little oil. Put back in a 9x9 dish.

Mix together chicken mushroom soup, dry beefy mushroom soup mix, and 1 can of water.

Pour over meat and bake for 1 hour in 325 degree oven.

This is so easy and tastes great! I like to serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie!
