Ingredients
- 1 Cup plus 2 TBSP Nonfat Dry Milk
- 1/2 Cup Warm Water
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar

Step 1
Combine Dry Milk and warm water and set bowl in a pan of hot water.
Add sugar and stir well.
Let stand overnight before using.
Equals 1 can of Condensed Milk
