  • non stick spray
  • 6 t unsalted butter
  • 6 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 2 oz hazelnut spread
  • 6 large eggs, separated
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts for serving

Preparation

Step 1

1) preheat oven to 325. mist 8 ramekins with cooking spray. (7oz)

2) combine butter, chips and spread in microwave safe bowl. microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time til melted.

3) put egg whites in large bowl. beat til stiff peaks form. add sugar and beat til glossy.

4) mix half the egg whites into chocolate mix, then fold in remaining whites. divide into ramekins.

5) bake til cakes pull away from sides, about 35-45 minutes. serve warm with whipped topping and chopped nuts.
