  • 2 8-oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 (10 oz) pkgs. spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 cans French-fried onions
  • 2/3 cup crushed saltines
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Step 1

Beat the cream cheese; add soup, spinach and onions.

Place in a 2 1/2 quart baker. Combine crackers and melted butter and sprinkle on top.

Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
