Ingredients
- 2 2 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 2 2 C. warm water
- 2 2 2 C. milk, scalded
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C. butter or vegetable oil
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C. honey
- 4 1/2 4 1/2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10-11 10-11 10-11 C. flour

Preparation
Step 1
In a seperate bowl combine yeast and water. In another bowl add in milk, butter (or oil), honey and salt. Stir until cool to lukewarm. Mix in 5 cups of flour and then add in yeast mixture. Add in rest of flour and knead for about 8 minutes (it should feel sticky). Place in a greased bowl, covered with a damp towel and let rise in a war area until doubled in size (1-2 hours). Puch dough down and divide into 4 compact balls and let rise for 30 minutes. Shape into rolls and cover them and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 425F. BAke for 10-12 minutes then lower oven to 375F and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
