  • 5 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1/4 CUP BAKING POWDER
  • 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.

Store in airtight container in regrigerator for 6 weeks or freeze for longer.

To make biscuits:

Mix 1/3 cup milk for every 1 cup of mix. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
