Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- Eggs
- Oil
- Water
- 1 pkg. caramel candies
- 1 sm. pkg. pecan halves
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- 1 sm. pkg. crushed pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Mix chocolate cake mix according to package directions. Fill prepared muffin pans half full. Put a caramel square in the center with one pecan half. Cover with remaining batter. Bake at 325° about 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
Slice off just top of cupcake. Put a dollop of marshmallow cream on bottom half of cupcake. Use canned chocolate frosting and frost the top of the cupcake while still in your hand. Sprinkle a little cocoa or powdered sugar over the frosting and sprinkle with crushed pecans. Put cupcake top on its bottom and enjoy!
