  • 2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tab. red chile flakes
  • 2 tab. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup

Step 1

Whisk the vinegar, water, chile flakes, sugar, Wor. Sauce, salt, pepper and ketchup in a medium saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 30 minutes.
