Spinach in Bread (Carol's)

Ingredients

• 2 packages frozen spinach
• 1 package dry leek soup
• 1 cup mayo
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 loaf fresh pumpernickel bread, uncut

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach and drain well. Add the rest of the ingredients, and serve in hollowed-out round pumpernickel bread.
