Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients

• Cookie:
• 1 pkg. brownie mix
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1/4 c. all purpose flouer
• 2 large eggs
• Filling:
• 4 oz. cream cheese
• 3/4 c. peanut butter
• 2 t. vanilla
• 2 c. powdered sugar
• 3 T. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cookie:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a large baking pan or use a silpat on the pan. Mix together brownie mix and flour. Add eggs and vegetable oil and blend with mixer until combined. Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake 8-10 minutes. Flaten with spatula half way through baking.

Filling:

Combine cream cheese, peanut butter and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar alternating with milk. Spread about a tablespoon on each cookie and place another cookie on top to make a sandwich.
