Ingredients

  • 150 g bitter chocolate
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 1 tsp Coffee freeze-dried coffee
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 g vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons sugar
  • 1 sponge, 3 cm thick
  • 40 cl Amaretto
  • 30 g cashews
  • Cocoa and coffee beans for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with espresso coffee and lyophilized.

Separate the whites from the yolks of eggs, beat yolks with sugar for vanilla until frothy.

Beat the egg whites with sugar. Mix the egg yolks device with chocolate. Then gently stir the egg whites.

Cut the cake into 3 cm cubes and pour a few drops of amaretto over. Chop cashews.

Have 3 dice sponge and some cashews in each glass and fill the glasses with foam. Put in refrigerator for 3 hours. Decorate as desired with coffee beans, cocoa and serve.
