Ingredients
- garnish :
- 2/3 cup yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- ( or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill )
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt or seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower flowerets
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1 cup ( 4 ounces ) shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Make the dressing : combine the yogurt, sour cream, dill, and salt. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables. Mix the dressing into the vegetables. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Garnish individual servings with the cheese.
