Ingredients
- 1 batch chinese pizza dough
- 1 head broccoli florets
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 2 scallions
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp crushed dried hot red chilies
- 6 dried whole hot red peppers
- 1 tbsp peanut oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 500F. Bake base for 5 minutes and remove from oven.
Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets, discarding stalks, and place in a bowl. Add the chopped scallions, chopped tomato and peanuts.
In a separate container, add the sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper and stir to mix thoroughly. Pour the liquid over the vegetables, coating well. Marinate for about 5 minutes.
To assemble the pizza, spread the marinated vegetables over the base, adding any of the liquid not absorbed. Attractively arrange the whole red chilies on top. Sprinkle the pizza with peanut oil and bake 5 minutes.
