Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded, and diced
- Sourdough or French bread (optional, for serving)
- Crackers (optional, for serving)

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour the dip into a shallow baking dish and bake for 30–45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
3. Serve the dip warm, with torn up pieces of sourdough or French bread, or with crackers.
Isn’t that easy? Now, if you prefer to make a classic Spinach-Artichoke Dip, just add a package of frozen chopped spinach. Make sure it’s thawed and well-drained. With or without spinach, this is just the kind of recipe
