Sauce:
Mayo
Ketchup
relish
little white vinegar
Toasted hamburger bun
Ground chuck
cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. Toast hamburger bun.

Make hamburger patties and salt and pepper each side. Cook patties on hot griddle (not BBQ grill) and spread mustard on uncooked side. Flip and place cheese on top of cooked pattie.

Dress bun and place cooked pattie on bun.
