Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers (green, red or yellow)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 hot italian sausage
- 1 jar (14 ounces) spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions, divided
- 2 T Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1 cup (4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise through stems; discard seeds. Place pepper halves, cut sides up, in shallow 2-quart baking dish; set aside.
Brown beef and sausage. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, Frank's RedHot Sauce and rice. Spoon evenly into bell pepper halves.
Cover; bake 35 minutes or until bell peppers are tender. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese and remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 1 minute or until onions are golden brown.
